Our baby girl is finally here!! She was born on January 12th at 5:02 AM and she's just an angel! She didn't have a name for the first couple of days but we finally decided on Raegan Lily Grundy. She weighed 6 lbs 15 oz and was 20 inches long. I went into labor Sunday night around 6:00 and had her that next morning, everything went smoothly, after I had my epidural of course! She has a full head of dark hair and looks just like her daddy. Carson LOVES his sister and calls her "My baby". He gives her kisses all day and it's so fun to see them together. She's already got both mom and dad wrapped around her little finger so I think we're in trouble! So far 2 isn't that different then having one, all she does is eat and sleep. I love being a mom and we are so blessed to have 2 beautiful kids.

October Udate
I know I'm super late but I've been out of town so better late than never right! October was a busy month for us, it flew by! Halloween was pretty laid back this year, my mom was down so it was fun to celebrate it with her. Every year Chris's work has a Halloween party and all the kids go Trick or Treating around to the desks. It was the first year that Carson had any idea what was going on and he wasn't too impressed! He thought it was great until he saw this scary old man mask and he freaked, I don't think he got over it until we got back in the car! We went back to the house and handed out candy, we ran out within a couple of hours, there were soo many kids! Carson didn't dare get to close to the door it was all a bit traumatizng for him! Although he did think he was pretty cool in his turtle costume with his little bucket full of treats! All in all it was a great night and Carson ended it on a sugar high!
Carving pumpkins with the Hammonds on Family night which I think has turned into a yearly tradition.
We went to Cornbelly's and Barnyard Boo's at Thanksgiving Point with the Baughman's and had a great time. Carson LOVES animals and thought he was so big riding on the pony.
Carson started going to nursery this month and lets just say it's definitely not his favorite thing! The first Sunday he went he was pretty good but only lasted about 45 minutes, the second week he sobbed the WHOLE time. It was soo hard to leave him in there but they said it's probably the easiest way to get him used to it. I don't know who it was harder for, me or him! He's growing up way too fast! These are some pictures that I took his first day at nursery before we left for church.

Carson is 18 months!
Ok so I'm a little late, but Carson turned 18 months on the 25th of last month and I really can't believe how fast time flies!! He's not my baby anymore, he's so grown up and it makes me sad! We went to the doctor on Tuesday and he still only weighs 23 lbs. I'm telling you the kid does not eat, it's a fight everyday so if any of you have any suggestions let me know! He's only in the 20% for weight! He's 50% in height which has pretty much been constant since birth and yes, his head is still in the 95%! What can I say he's got a big brain! He left the doctors with a clean bill of health and Chris and I are just so happy and blessed that he's grown up to be such a happy, healthy little boy. It's been so fun to watch him these past couple of months, he's starting to talk more and his personality is really coming out, he's such a ham. He's always making us laugh and it's crazy how smart he is. He loves, loves, loves to read. I'll find him sitting in the corner with a book and jabbering away while he traces the words with his finger, it's the cutest thing ever! He can't get enough of basketballs, footballs, baseballs, anything that he can throw! He'll sit and watch football with us and get all excited when anyone scores a touchdown. He's all over the place and is turning into a little daredevil, he now climbs on everyhing! He really has grown up so much but I'm happy to say that at the end of the day he still will lay on your shoulder and let you rock him before he goes to sleep and it's those moments that I love the most!
Carson at about 1 week old, I can't believe how tiny he is!
Carson at 18 months. He loves to put on his daddy's shoes and try to walk around, he doesn't get very far but it's pretty funny to watch!
Carson loves his Daddy!
Carson enjoying some Mac & Cheese crackers with his buddy Andrew.
A couple of weeks ago we were able to go up to Tub Ridge and visit the guys on their hunting trip. Carson loves the mountains! He got to ride the 4 wheeler with daddy, play in the dirt with Blake and walk with his papa. It's always so good to go up in the mountains and get away for a while.
I love these pictures, they're so sweet! Carson loves his PaPa!
Good news!! Most of you know that my sister Jessica is pregnant, and they just found out that they are having a little girl too!! We were hoping for a boy so Carson wouldn't be surrounded by girls but we couldn't be more excited for them. It will be so fun to have our girls be so close! Congrats you guys!!
