Today was a busy day! Carson had Physical Therapy today and Ben said that he has improved a ton!! Yeah!! It was good news, but the bad news is is that he has to have surgery tomorrow. He has had 7 ear infections since he was born and it is WAY too many!! I swear he has never been without one. We went to the Ear, Nose, Throat specialist last week and she recommended ear tubes. I know it's not that serious of a surgery and a lot of kids get them but it's scarry...at least for me. She said it only takes about 20 minutes but they have to put them under..that's the part I don't like, he's so little and it can be dangerous! Anyway, they say that if the ear infections continue it could cause permanent earing damage so we opted for the tubes. We have to be at the hospital at 6:30 in the morning so it's early to bed for me tonight! I'm just so glad that my husband holds the preisthood, he gave Carson a blessing before he went to bed and I feel really good about it. Anyway...I will update you tomorrow on the surgery. (I will have to post my Spring Cleaning day 2 pictures tomorrow, I know you can't wait!:))

I'm so sorry you have to go through this. Reagan got tubes @ 8 months & Dylan got them @ 7 months and then again @ 13 months. We had much better luck with Dawson until this month so who knows. Let me tell you though he will be a new kid after the tubes. I am a firm believer in the miracle of helping out the poor Eustachian Tube! Let me know how things go! Love ya!
Carson is in my prayers! I know everything will go smoothly but it can be a very stressful thing for a mother. Logan hasn't ever had an ear infection, but Boston had one last month. Hope it's not going to be continuous because it was really sad to see her so miserable. How long will you have to keep the tubes in? Thank goodness for technology & Dr's. Carson will thank you for making this decision! :)
I understand how scary it is to have a wee one in the hospital - you're in my prayers.
Scary! Payton has two ear infections right now, so I can't imagine what Carson has gone through...Good luck! How is everything going with his head?
Well, you and Carson are probably home by now from the surgrey, and you have probably found out that once the anesthia wears off they are going 100% again. At least that was our experience. Hope all went well, and things are looking up.
